See how your profit becomes a tax bill, with income tax and NI split out.
Move it into savings each month and January stops being a shock.
Payments on account included, plus a countdown to the next one due.
Add your income and expenses as you go.
Your take-home and tax update on their own.

Add income from every client as you go, with the hours and pay for each.

Work costs like fuel and kit, plus personal spending. One-offs or repeating.

Your take-home after expenses and tax, for this month or the whole tax year.
See who pays you most, how your earnings change, and where your money goes.
Here's exactly where your figures live and what happens to them.
Your account and entries live on servers in London, UK, run by our database provider.
You type in your own figures, so Xelo never connects to your bank or sees your account.
No ads, ever. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with anyone for their marketing.
Delete your account in Settings and your data is removed from our database straight away.
Your data is backed up in encrypted form, and each backup is deleted for good after 90 days.
Xelo is a tool to plan with, not tax advice. Always check your figures before you file.
Anyone self-employed in the UK: couriers, carers, drivers, creators, and anyone earning from more than one client.

Yes, Xelo is free for the whole beta. We'll let you know before anything changes.
As accurate as what you log. Xelo uses England, Wales and NI rates, but it can't know about every situation, like other income or reliefs. Treat it as a guide and check your figures before you file.
No, you can start tracking from day one. HMRC needs you registered once your self-employed income goes over £1,000 in a tax year.
No. Xelo doesn't connect to HMRC. It gives you the figures for your Self Assessment, and you can export your data for your accountant.
Yes. Add your student loan plan and Xelo includes the repayment in your tax breakdown.
Add your salary and Xelo works out how much of your tax-free amount is left for your self-employed income.
Scotland's income tax bands are different, and Xelo doesn't use them yet. Everything else works the same.
